The Right Pair of Training Shoes

Hey Sporty Peeps,

Choosing the right pair of training shoes is as good as find the right hubby or a wife. No, but seriously, it is very important to find the right pair of branded shoes especially for training purposes. Shoes are one piece of accessory which should have the capability to hold you up. Our entire body weight has to be supported by that little pair of rubber and some technical fabric. And so it becomes very important to pick the right pair for your feet, which should be also appropriate for your particular training.

I have jolted down a few points  which can be helpful to pick the right pair of training shoes

Never pick the inappropriate: There is always the right shoe specifically designed for each and every activity. Therefore, do not pick the wrong shoe. You cannot be playing tennis with running shoes and vice versa. The running shoes have been designed keeping in mind lateral stability only. Where as a tennis shoe is designed keeping in mind movement of the foot within the shoe and grip. So never pick a shoe with regards to the look as the right style is important.

Size matters: Never ever pick a shoe if you are a little too comfy in them. Training in specific is and has never meant to be comfortable or easy. So picking the right shoe for the activity is as important as picking the right size. The shoe needs to be be just perfect fit or your training is going to go for a toss.

Too old, throw 'em!: if your training friend says, oh! I have been wearing these shoes for about 5 years now and they are still awesome.NOT! Wearing the same pair of training shoes for too long is a big no no. Like I said training is never meant to be comfortable and the shoe are your shoes after 18- 24 months are changing your training shoe as by now you have gotten used to them and so the inner parts of the shoe must have gotten looser in term of size. Therefore, it is important to change your pair in 2 years at the most if you are training with them regularly.

Can I wear this pair everywhere?: I know how it feels to buy one of the most expensive training shoes and not be able to flaunt them everywhere, but keep those shoes sacred do not use the pair for other activities like running errands, dancing, or even training for another sport for which the shoe isn't meant to be used.

Investing in the right pair: If you like them, buy them, doesn't fit the budget go find another. Big brand or smaller brand may not have the same quality, but could have better capacity to help you train yourself better. As you know we cannot drag the same pair for more than 2 years pick a pair that is the best fit in your timeline budget. However, never settle for on the basis of how the shoe appears outside and inner construction matters the most in this case.
