Congratulations!! you have read past my lame Intro!! Now for some real content, let's read further!

Smelly homes are mostly common in monsoon and it is very easy to cover up every time you want your house smell really good. Yes, I know you hate to go to that neighbor's house just because it smells like ghee all the time but, did you know your house smells like a cat house too? Yes, I know you don't believe me, but it's true! You have gone immune to that smell and now can never smell your own house, unless  your guests insults you with the harsh truth. It is almost impossible to describe the existing smell of your home unless someone draws your attention to it.

I have some really cool tips and some DIY's to  to make your house smell awesome all the time.You definitely don't want that cute girl next door not stepping into your house just because your house smells like a zoo! These tricks work really well even to eliminate the worst of the worst odour and trust me I use them all the time #NotAshamed.

TIP #1

If you are into fruity scents this tip will be great for you!  After you are done enjoying eating your oranges, make sure you do not throw the peels.. Boil some water in a deep pan and put the peels in it, let it simmer for 15-20 mins. Make sure you keep your kitchen doors open and let the citrus like smell flood through your home. This great fragrance will last for the 5-6 hours!

 

TIP #2

If you like burning scented candles and one fine day you are out of stock, No Worries! Take a diya and fill in with oil and mix some scented essential oils you may have lying around at home. I love the smell of vanilla and most often use this method on days I want to relax over sweet fragrances!

TIP #3

These are the most common tips but, I mostly love collecting and burning scented candles. Make sure you only burn them when you are going to stay back home(you do not want to burn your house down) and lock/close the doors and windows to trap the fragrances.

OR

If you are too careless with fire and you are a person who loves flowers, just dust away those vases and pluck fresh flowers from the garden and let the fragrances stream through your house!

My last tip is the best for someone who actually is very lazy like me at times and needs a very quick solution to defeat odour!! Shh.. this is actually my most favorite pick and highly recommended tip!

TIP #4

 Use a great air freshener to quickly pull away the bad odour!  Pick your favourite scent from Ambi Pur's range and spray your way to a pleasant fragrant home. The best thing about this spray is that it does not only cover the smell but, it completely removes it.

I specifically asked my friend this morning what does my house smell like and she said wet shoes!!
